• Continental Portugal and Spain: Free shipping for orders over 50€ for products from the new collection or orders without discount codes; 5€ for orders equal to or less than 50€.
• France, Netherlands and Germany: 8€ for all orders (standard delivery); 15€ for all orders (express delivery)
• United States and Australia: Free shipping for orders over 99€ for products from the new collection or orders without discount codes; 20€ for orders equal to or less than 100€; 30€ for orders between 100,01€ and 200€: 50€ for orders over 200€ (the price of the order already includes customs fees, so any shipment is exempt from extra customs clearance fees)

Free shipping will not apply when products are on sale or when a discount code is used.

• We do not return orders over 30 business days from the invoice date.
• If you decide to send us an item back, whether you are exchanging or returning, without first contacting us, you will be 100% responsible for all fees, damages or possible loses.
• You do not need to return the products offered by us, such as masks. Keep them and enjoy the offer.
• The exchange process can take between 3-7 working days and the refund process up to 20 working days (in the months of November, December, January, July and August these deadlines can be changed up to 30 working days for exchanges and 40 working days for refunds).
• Purchases made between November 1 and December 31, 2025, may be exchanged or returned until January 31, 2026, as long as the articles show no signs of use or misuse.
